But today we all want to become leaders, not to positively influence or guide, but to enrich ourselves. However in Christian leadership from the Holy Bible passage above, it is the life first; a man that can carry God into his business. Christ first in the leader, before anything else. Meaning that in the issue of being born-again, the inner must correspond to the outside. Until you see your position in leadership as a call to serve, you are on a path of self-service.
